South East AGM Report

The South East branch AGM went well. We achieved quorum so that we could complete the administrative processes of the branch for another year.

Max Andronichuk was reconfirmed as Campaigns Officer. Jenny Scott-Thompson was reconfirmed General Secretary. And I, Rob Waller, was reconfirmed as Chairman.

The only position that remains unfilled is the Treasurer, which became vacant after Richard Williams stepped down so he could continue his university studies. So if you are interested in getting more involved in the party and would like to take up the position of Treasurer please email

The members of the South East also took the opportunity to discuss plans for future campaigns and developing party policies. We are planning further campaign days in St Albans and we be organising some other events in the New Year.

However one of the most important issues that we discussed was the need to raise funds so we can run our election campaigns and events over the next year. So if you are able to spare a few pounds to help the party please donate here.

Thank you to everyone who attended the AGM. I look forward to seeing you at future LPUK events.

P.s. Special thanks go to Mike for producing those wonderful LPUK mugs.
