A DRIVER who got a court judgement against Newham Council over his parking tickets hired bailiffs to take the London council's computer network in lieu of payment.
Z-Un Noon was awarded £5,000 damages for each of the four parking tickets he received after he appealed four £50 parking tickets.

Noon sent around baliffs to collect goods to the value of £20,000 which in this case was council computer gear.
